About
I am Akkshay Joshi. Marketing consultant, author of two books, founder of XSeven. Twelve years of building websites, ranking pages, and fixing the places where businesses lose money they already earned.
2013. Jalgaon, Maharashtra. My father borrowed Rs 25,000 so I could have a laptop. That laptop was the whole company.
No marketing degree. No connections. No funding. I learned by doing real work for real clients and watching the numbers. When a client spends Rs 30,000 on ads, they ask exactly what it produced. I learned to always have the answer.
The early years were unglamorous: directory listings, meta descriptions, follow-up emails at midnight. But boring work stacks. A client whose phone starts ringing tells two other owners. Twelve years later, most of my work still comes from people who watched results happen to someone they know.
Along the way: 1,000+ websites shipped, pages ranked above Amazon and WebMD, two books published, five-plus years of customer success work at platforms like ClickFunnels and Dash.fi, and a run as VP of Growth at Karboncard. Today I run XSeven, the revenue recovery agency, and write Joshination, a short weekly letter on what the numbers actually say.
Excellent work, on time, every time. I only take projects I am certain I can knock out of the park.
Half of the work is repeat clients, half is referrals. New clients are chosen carefully, on fit.
Every account, every automation, every number belongs to you. If I disappear tomorrow, the machine keeps running.
